Producer, singer, rapper and painter, Acharu is conversant in the art of flow.
Growing up in her grandfather's music studio (he was an Enka composer), she learned about the wonders of music, and by middle school was studying with NYC / Japanese rap group Buddha Brand who taught her about hip-hop and influenced her to write rhymes.
Hailing from Sagamihara, Kanagawa Acharu consolidates natural aspects into her production, like many great sound providers before her. Syn recently collaborated with her on a soon-to-be released project, as well as licensing her track ‘Orange’ for Season 1 of Tokyo Vice on HBO in 2022.
