Based in Tokyo, UE Yang is a Production Assistant at Syn.
With a rich musical background, UE’s journey in music began at the age of 4 when she embarked on the violin and her academic pursuits led her to California Institute of the Arts, where she studied composition.
Having joined Syn as an intern in December 2020, UE transitioned to a full-time role in April 2024. She has a love for Classical and Jazz-pop.
In her role at Syn, UE has contributed to projects such as a worldwide smartphone company Xiaomi’s sonic branding, Dove Chocolate, and Chinese multinational conglomerate company Tencent. Primarily involved in writing and translation works, but she also occasionally engages in orchestration works.
Outside of Syn, UE enjoys playing chamber music with her friends as a violinist, gathering twice a month in a rented rehearsal space to perform pieces she cherishes.
