About “Personal Information”
“Personal Information” means address, name, telephone number, date of birth, and any other information that can be used to identify a customer as a specific individual (including the information that falls under the definition of “Personal Data” in Article 4 of GDPR). All obtained information relating to customers that does not contain information in itself by which a specific individual could be identified, but which could be used to identify a specific individual by collating it with other information, shall be regarded as “Personal Information” within the scope that it can be handled in combination with other information.

Control and Protection of Personal Information
The Company will manage and maintain personal information using a strict management system, and are making efforts to strengthen security so that client information is not lost, destroyed, modified or leaked to third parties. When the Company disclose the personal information of you to a subcontractor in order to achieve the purpose of use agreed to by you, the subcontractor is required by contract to rigorously conduct stringent Personal Information management at a level equivalent to that of the Company, and we conduct appropriate supervision to ensure this level is implemented.
Disclosure of Personal Information
The Company will not provide, transfer, and disclose any Personal Information to third parties without prior consent from the relevant individual except for the following:

In order to provide service to a client, the Company may disclose your Personal Information to our affiliates.
In accordance with the Laws, the Company may disclose your Personal Information to public authorities engaging in the enforcement of law at the requirements under the Laws, the court order, or the request of a governmental authority or law enforcement agency.
Transfer of Personal Information to Third Party Outside of EEA
In cases where the Company need to conduct a cross-border transfer of the Personal Information about you, a client in the EEA, to a third country outside of the EEA, we will take appropriate protective measures required for the cross-border transfer of the data.
The Company will retain your Personal Information for as long as it is needed or permitted in light of the purpose(s) for which it was obtained and consistent with applicable Laws.

You, a client in the EEA, have the following rights in relation to your Personal Information retained by the Company:

Right to request the rectification of your inaccurate Personal Information.
Right to request the erasure of your Personal Information.
Right to request the restriction on the processing of your Personal Information.
Right to receive your Personal Information in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
