Manabu Matsumoto is Syn’s Live Entertainment Coordinator, based in Tokyo.
Manabu studied sound recording at vocational college in Osaka, before developing extensive experience at live music venues across Tokyo.
His day to day involves scheduling and coordinating live musicians at locations such as Conrad Tokyo and Aman Tokyo, as well as programming music curation for clients in luxury hospitality and logistics.
He has a particular interest in modern jazz and a penchant for live guitar.
Outside of Syn, he is a talented DJ and plays guitar, with his instrument of choice being a Gibson SG Standard.
